Our jewellery

What is ORÈNE jewellery made from?

Every piece is 18K gold plated on stainless steel, built to keep its colour through everyday wear.

Is it really waterproof?

Yes. Our jewellery is designed to be worn every day — in the shower, at the gym, in the pool and in the sea. You don't need to take it off.

Will it tarnish?

Our pieces are tarnish-resistant and made to hold their gold colour with everyday wear. A little care goes a long way — see below.

How do I look after my jewellery?

Rinse it with fresh water after the sea or pool and pat it dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, and store pieces separately so they don't scratch each other.

Orders & offers

How does Buy 2, Get 2 Free work?

Add any 4 pieces to your basket and the cheapest 2 are taken off automatically at checkout — no code needed. You can mix rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets however you like.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We dispatch quickly, so please email us at hello@byorene.co.uk as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order leaves us.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the UK only.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is £3.95, and free on orders over £50. Express shipping is available for £4.95.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Standard delivery then takes 2–4 business days, and express delivery 1–2 business days.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We're not currently able to offer exchanges, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
